Vodacom’s contract terms describe device contracts that can include a laptop alongside a plan. MTN and Cell C may also offer laptop deals. Stock and models change often, so check each network’s online shop for what’s currently available.

Calculate the real cost
Multiply the monthly price by the term, add once-off fees, then compare that total with the laptop’s cash price plus a standalone data plan. If a network shows a cash price, use it as your benchmark.
Cancelling early
Vodacom’s and MTN’s terms both say early cancellation includes paying the remaining device balance, plus other charges. On a laptop, that balance can be significant in the first year.
