When we checked Telkom’s online shop in September 2026, iPhone prices started from R339 pm for the pre-owned iPhone 13, and the plans we saw on iPhone product pages were all 36-month contracts. New customers and upgraders could both select the deals we opened.

iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro
The iPhone 17 was listed in 256GB and 512GB. On its product page, the lowest plans were FlexOn»4 and FlexOn»4 TopUp, with FlexOn»6 as the next step up. The iPhone 17 Pro was the most expensive iPhone in Telkom’s gallery when we checked.
iPhone 18 Pro pre-order
Telkom’s homepage promoted an iPhone 18 Pro pre-order. Pre-order deals can carry different delivery timing and terms, so read them closely on Telkom’s site.
Monthly Prices and Contract Terms
Telkom’s device deals are built on its FlexOn plans. The number in the plan name broadly tracks the anytime data included. On the iPhone 17 page, FlexOn»4 came with 4GB and FlexOn»6 with 6GB. “TopUp” versions of a plan were listed alongside standard versions at the same price on the pages we checked.
Points to compare:
- Term. All plan cards we saw on iPhone product pages were 36 months. Confirm whether a shorter term is offered for your chosen model.
- Total contract cost. Monthly price x 36 shows the full commitment.
- Standard versus TopUp plan. Ask Telkom how the TopUp version works before choosing between two plans at the same price.
- Price adjustments. Check the contract terms for annual increases.
- Once-off costs. Look for any connection, SIM or delivery charge at checkout.

1. Pick the model by budget and lifespan. A 36-month contract on an older model means using that phone for three years. 2. Check whether you need more than the base data. Moving from FlexOn»4 to FlexOn»6 on the iPhone 17 added data and different extras for a higher monthly price. 3. Look at all-net minutes, not just on-net. 4.
