You may have a cancellation right

South African law provides cooling-off rights in certain circumstances — electronic transactions and direct marketing sales both carry statutory cancellation periods, subject to conditions and exclusions.

Whether a particular agreement qualifies depends on how it was concluded. Ask the provider in writing what cancellation period applies to your specific order, and get the answer before the delivery arrives rather than after.
